You can download your entire active setlist as a lightweight, self-contained HTML file which caches all timings, notes, and lyrics. It works perfectly on phones, tablets, or laptops without internet connectivity.
What is the Rehearsal Appraisal Engine and how does it score my practice?
The Rehearsal Appraisal Engine is a digital coaching assistant. It uses Meta's Demucs AI model to separate vocals and instruments from your practice recording, warps the timeline to align with reference tracks using Dynamic Time Warping, and scores your pitch and rhythmic offsets. You get a direct report showing exactly where you rushed, dragged, or sang flat, with custom coaching tips in under 15 seconds.
How does McGee import setlists from photos or files?
When you snap a photo of a hand-written setlist scribbled on a napkin, or upload a legacy Word document, McGee uses high-precision OCR models paired with reasoning to decipher titles, look up the songs, and match them with your repertoire database to instantly create a clean digital setlist.
What streaming integrations are supported?
SongDeck links natively with YouTube (both for backing track references, playlist sync, and transcription sources), Spotify (legacy configurations in settings), and Apple Music (search integration is active; user cloud library sync is currently in admin testing).
Can I input my own custom lyrics if they aren't on LRCLib?
Yes. While SongDeck automatically polls LRCLib for synchronized time-stamped lyrics, you can upload, edit, or write custom plain text lyrics. If no timing files are available, our system distributes the lines evenly across the song duration as a synthesized teleprompter fallback.
