• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the website or application.
• Misuse any external APIs connected to SongDeck or violate their respective terms of service.

3. User Content and Data

• Your Content: You retain ownership of any data, content, or inputs you submit to SongDeck.
• Our Infrastructure: SongDeck utilizes Google Firebase for backend storage and authentication. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and standard backend operations.

4. Intellectual Property

All right, title, and interest in and to SongDeck (excluding content provided by users), including the website design, code, logos, and features, are and will remain the exclusive property of SongDeck and its licensors.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SongDeck at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or infringes on third-party rights. You may also delete your account at any time.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• "As Is" Basis: SongDeck is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or accuracy of the Service.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, SongDeck and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service.
